Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Quality Defects
If a product quality issue is reported within 30 days of delivery, the customer will be eligible for a replacement or refund after verification. Returned merchandise may be required for inspection.
Non-Defective Returns
Products returned for non-quality reasons within 30 days of receipt are subject to a $7 cancellation/restocking fee.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and included accessories. Missing components may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.
Setup Fees, Activation & Cancellation Policy
Setup Fee Payment
The payment made at checkout is for our setup and activation service, including processing your Golan Telecom account registration and providing your SIM card or eSIM. This charge is separate from Golan Telecom’s monthly service billing.
Non-Refundable After Activation
Once your Golan Telecom line has been activated, the setup fee becomes non-refundable. You may cancel your Golan Telecom plan at any time directly with Golan Telecom to stop future monthly billing.
Cancellation Before Activation
If you request cancellation before your line is activated, a $7 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance of your order will be refunded.
Cancellation After Activation
If you request cancellation after your Golan Telecom plan has already been activated, no refund will be issued.
Failed Credit Card Activation Attempts
If we attempt to activate your Golan Telecom account and the payment method provided for billing is declined, your order remains non-refundable because setup and activation work has already been performed.
Alternative Activation Options
If activation fails due to billing issues, you may:
• Provide an alternative credit card for activation
• Request that your order be placed on hold for activation at a later date
