  You can cancel the line with Golan at any time without paying any cancellation fee.
  Cancellation instructions will be emailed to you when the sim is activated, after you cancel there is no need to return the sim card.

  The phone number and your account login information will be emailed to you when the sim card is activated.

  IMPORTANT:

  1. Make sure your phone is unlocked to work with other sim cards.
  2. Notify your credit card company that Golan Telecom from Israel will need to charge your card.
  3. If you used the same CC before with Golan you must notify us.
  5. You need to enable Data Roaming under the device network setting for data access. 
  6. Do not use the sim card in other countries if you have the Simple plan.
  7. International SMS is not included in the plan, the cost is 0.39 Shekel per text.
  8. We recommend using American Express for a smooth signup process and to avoid future billing issues.
  9. When you dial international only use 00 or + prefix.

  When the sim card is activated Golan will charge your credit card the 49 Shekel activation fee in two charges 19 + 30 Shekel.
  After activation, you will be billed the cost of the monthly plan on the 15th of every month until you cancel the service, note that if you use any services not included in the plan like texting and calling other countries you will be charged additional fees.

Golan also charges a one time fee of 30 Shekel when using a foreign credit card 

  When you are done using the sim you must cancel with Golan or they will continue charging you every month.
