If you choose an eSIM, you will receive an email with:

Your barcode (QR code)

Activation Timeline:

If you need the service activated today, please allow up to 6 hours for activation.
Do not place an order if you require immediate service.

Billing Details:

Plan renews monthly on the 15th

Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees

Charges are prorated you only pay for the days the line is active

Initial billing:

49₪ one-time activation fee

59₪ monthly service charge (billed on the 15th)

15₪ one-time foreign card fee (if using a non-Israeli card)

Optional: Add a Virtual USA Number for $15/month

Credit Card Requirements:

Ending Your Service:

When you're done using the SIM, you must cancel the line directly with Golan Telecom.
We’ll send easy cancellation instructions by email once your SIM is activated.

Your Israeli phone number and account login details will be emailed once the SIM is activated.

Please make sure your phone is unlocked by checking with your current provider.

Before your activation date, notify your credit card company to allow international charges from Israel to avoid processing delays.

After your trip, you must cancel the plan directly with Golan Telecom. We’ll email cancellation instructions upon activation.
