Golan charges a one-time setup fee of 49NIS when the sim card is activated. after you will get charged the monthly service fee of 99NIS on the 15th of each month for the coming month.

As of September 2018, Golan started charging an additional onetime 15 Shekel transaction fee for using a foreign credit card, you also have the option to signup with Hot Mobile instead by clicking here to avoid the Golan fees

On the activation date, you will receive an Email from Golan telecom with your login details and phone number, You will also receive an email from us with your account information, Israeli & USA virtual numbers.

The plan renews every month on the 15th. you will get 500GB and 500 minutes every month.
You have the option to add an extra 5GB every month for 10.90 Shekel.

All incoming calls and texts are free, including incoming international calls. Incoming international calls are free and do not count towards the 500 int. minutes.

This plan includes 2 virtual phone numbers. with the virtual USA number people in USA can contact you by dialing a local number instead of having to call your Israeli number and paying international rates, you can also forward your calls from your USA phone to the virtual number and get all your calls to your Israeli phone. to setup the virtual numbers see the video below.

You can cancel the plan at any time without paying a cancellation fee

After you are done using the line you must cancel the line with the provider, the cancelation instructions will be emailed to you when the sim is activated.

We charge a setup fee including shipping of $39 for the first sim and $15 for any additional sim, the setup fee if for getting you the sim card and activating the service with the provider before you arrive in Israel.

Golan offers 3G, 4GLTE, and 5G, it will automatically switch between networks depending on which network has better service in the area.
